Another exhausting night! Koen slept great, so that must mean Kye has to keep me up! I took a nap this morning but Koen wasn't very keen on it so it was interrupted a few times. Then it started pouring rain come time to walk, so I didn't get to walk today. Pile all that on top of me making almost 100 candy topped brownies for the firehouse and me giving into temptation with a half a brownie, today hasn't been a good day! lol Once I figured up the brownie and how bad it really was I made sure I was extra good the rest of the day, so my total isn't bad at all, but I feel like a blob! I don't see how I ever ate how I did before. I seriously would have put 2 or 3 of those brownies in a big bowl with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream and think NOTHING of it. With my lack of activity and increase in bad food intake today, my body just doesn't feel good! Weigh-in in the morning. If it goes anything like these last couple of days have (as in, scale creeping back up) it won't be my favorite weigh-in, but we shall see.

all the random licks of brownie batter etc...adding another 100 calories.
