Not a ton to say today, after a 2 day break I walked 4 miles with Tara, it makes me feel SO much better. It's always hard to motivate myself to do it, but I'm always so glad I did! I've been much better today with my calories (though I might eat a skinny cow bar... so that'd be another 100, but still a great total). My new favorite kitchen item is the 3 tier steamer! Food tastes better, and I love that I can put everything in (like today, the rice, veggies, and shrimp) and leave it to cook! Very easy! Well, that's pretty much it for the day... everybody have a great weekend...and be good with those superbowl snacks! lol
