Ohh myy gosh what a day. Koen was up most of the night, I was up by 5:30, Koen fussed most of the day (poor kid is already teething). Kye was a brat and had a few blowout diapers from all the juice he drank yesterday. Both boys screamed all the way through me trying to cook dinner.Kye chunks a diet cherry dr pepper at the kitchen floor and it spews all over the whole kitchen and as far as the bathroom door in my dining room. Getting ready to leave with dinner the door gets caught on the broom that Kye had been messing with and I go to kick (yes, angrily) the door open to move the broom and it felt like I had dropped an anvil on my toe. Koen screams bloody murder the whole way to the firehouse, that is, until we get in the gate. Then he's an angel. We eat (though it was pointless, because Chad was eating with the other guys... wish I had known..) and then right as Koen falls asleep Chad 'takes him off my hands' so I can chase Kye all over the firehouse. Needless to say, I was stressed...and I ate. I ate a lot. Over 1000 calories on 1 meal.. and yet somehow I came in under 2000 calories for the day?! I don't see how. We came straight home and I put the boys to bed, over half an hour early. I'm tired...and the house looks worse than a real disaster zone. It's a good thing there's not any ice cream in the freezer (ok well, there's skinny cow stuff...which still isn't necessarily 'safe' tonight...). In other news, I DID go walk with Tara today. At least that was a nice break!

1 Pillsbury Sugar Free Devil's Food cake mix + 1 diet cola, bake as you would if you added the oil, egg, and water. I put mine in my perfect brownie pan so I had 18 even slices. Top with fat free cool whip (2tbs each slice) and one strawberry (I sliced and fanned them out on top to make it pretty). Makes 18 110 calorie slices of cake. Delish!
I made some sugar free sauce for the wings, and I skinned them. I'm in such a bad and tired mood I really don't feel like typing up the recipe, so I might add it on a different day.
