Weekly Weigh in #13!!!!!

I never got around to posting last week! I feel like I've just been stretched so thin, so many things to do. Every time I thought about it I was busy. So, last week was a 0.8 pound gain, not my best. I kind of went on a binger, I was eating hot dogs and ice cream and cupcakes and pizza and mexican food and the list goes on and on and on. I guess every now and then that's ok, it definitely made me see how harmful it was, I put on 9 pounds between weigh in the previous Sunday and Wednesday mid-week! I had to bust my ass to get all but that 0.8 off. This week has been muchhhh better! One of my bestest friends and my gym buddy and motivator moved this week :( I was afraid of losing motivation without somebody there with me, so I've been pushing myself and I feel like I'm doing even better on my own. I've also started the Couch to 5K plan, have done 2 days of it so far. Will I actually run a 5k when I'm done? Maybe, we'll see. It's hard to see beyond the feeling of death I'm feeling right now! I feel like I haven't been noticing change in my body as much, at least not my stomach... but as I was closing Koen's door last night, I caught myself in the mirror, and it was so strange, I swear those aren't my legs, those are skinny little chicken legs, that don't touch all the way to the knee! I am within 15 pounds of my goal weight now, just 14 pounds to go! I'll probably decide to lose a little bit more after that, just for good measure so I won't feel like such a lard-ass when I get pregnant again. I don't think I've been in the 170's since junior high, and sure as hell not in the bottom half of the 170's. This is a slow process but it's definitely worth it! Anywho, enough of my rant, here are today's stats.

Weekly Weigh in #11!!!!!

What a week! We've were at the gym Mon-Fri, and really started increasing our workouts, adding strength training. Even after taking yesterday off my whole body still aches, but that's a good thing right?!
