Weekly Weigh in #11!!!!!

What a week! We've were at the gym Mon-Fri, and really started increasing our workouts, adding strength training. Even after taking yesterday off my whole body still aches, but that's a good thing right?!


Today's Weight
176.6

For a loss this week of
2.6 pounds

and an overall weight loss to date of 
32.8 pounds


and an overall percentage of weight loss to date of
15.66%

  1. It's pretty awesome. Over 30 pounds in 10 weeks? Jealous. Hopefully once I get started (which will be covered tomorrow in my blog), I can rival your numbers. :)
