Weekly Weigh in #10!!!!!

I am so disappointed this week! I have gone to the gym or walked outside EVERY day this week, for a total of more than 28 MILES and I was expecting a BIG loss. I know it's still a good loss, but I'm just not happy with it. In other news, I passed another milestone today.

I'm excited to have passed the 30 pound mark, WOW 30 pounds in 10 weeks! But still, I'm not happy with this week. I can see a slight change on my body, but I guess I'm starting to get to that point where I'm having trouble seeing myself as I am now and letting go of what I was before. I never thought I could do this, not just the weight loss, but the exercise, I walk a LOT! Over 28 miles in one week?! My calves have definition and less and less flab by the day. It's pretty crazy. Anywho, tomorrow starts a new week, hoping for good results!
